Kathy and I want to thank you for all of your hard work with the selection and purchase of our home. Your experience and knowledge was a tremendous help to us. We are very glad that we received your name and chose you as our agent. More importantly we are glad you stuck it out with us as I know we were not easy clients to work with due to our travel schedules. As I reflect back, here is a small list of the many things that you did for us.
1) You listened and noted all of the items what we thought would be an ideal home (even though Kathy and I were not in sync with these items).
2) With the help of your listing application, you allowed us to keep a favorites list of homes that you helped find.
3) We quickly found homes that appealed to us and spend hours upon hours touring them.
4) When we were involved in a offers, you helped to coach us through the process, and took time away from your family to write up the contracts and addendums.
5) You stayed in constant contact with us and other agents 7 days a week and all hours of the day and night. You even took the time to handle matters when you were on vacation trips. This demonstrated real dedication to us.
6) When it was determined that we were not going to reach an agreement for purchase on the home we first choose, you buckled down to help find us another home due to us being in a personal time crunch for moving from Virginia and our local rental lease ending.
7) After we found our next "ideal home", you were there every step of the way. You even helped by personally meet with contractors that could do necessary repairs to the home per the inspection (when I didn't have time).
8) You fought for us to make sure that all paperwork was processed by all parties so that we could meet our original closing date (which was very questionable for a while).
9) After the sale you have helped find us general maintenance firms we could trust as we were new to the area. If that weren't enough, you helped our son find a nice apartment to rent.

This list does not even begin to reflect the amount of effort you effort you provided over a year of time. You virtually became part of our family. If a time comes when we have to recommend an agent in the area you will with out a doubt be that person.

We love our new home and couldn't have done it without you. Words can't convey the respect and appreciation that we have for you. All I can say is thank you so very much.
